Information for patients concerning Covid-19 guidelines for treatments in our practice
We regularly obtain information from the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) about the current guidelines and recommendations for patient treatment in dental practice.
From 27.04.2020 dental and dental hygiene treatments may resume. This is in accordance with the guidelines, which aim to prevent or contain the spread of the coronavirus in Switzerland.
We have always carried out our disinfection procedures consistently and only use sterilised or disposable instruments. All our processes are fully validated.
Our procedures, which are standard in dentistry, are sufficient to prevent the transmission of bacteria and viruses.
The protection of our patients and employees together with providing the highest level of dental care continue to be our top priority. For this reason, the management of the practice including booking of all appointments is made in accordance with the guidelines of the FOPH, the Health Department of the Canton of Zurich and is for the protection of all parties involved.
We would like to plan our daily routine so that you come into contact with as few people as possible within our practice. This is very important to us.
For the reasons mentioned above, we ask you not to come to the practice earlier than the agreed appointment time. Please do not bring any accompanying persons with you, unless this is absolutely necessary.
We look forward to welcoming you back to the practice and working with you to comply with these patient-specific measures for the protection of us all.
Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always here for you.
